I have the same problem.
Make sure that your extruders temperature is just above the setting in the gcode before you press RUN.

Re: The new Repetier software
Thanks for the hint, however it did not help. My X Y and Z distances are correct in vertical movement, but not in the horisontal way. After upgrading I forund that the Radius had to be adjusted from the 198.25 to 162mm to get the head even along the hotplate. And this courses the horisontal movement ...

For your spare list: Add also 1 or 2 of the push in fittings for the bowden tube. Mine broke last night, resulting in 5 meters of filament in the workshop. When it breaks, it is non repairable, you need a new one. Does anyone have data for this component, as I would prefer to purchase them locally ...

Re: Teflon insulator / nozzle head
Hi,
I found out that the inner tube must fit exactly in the length so it cannot move together with the filament.
I have fine result with hairspray. And it smells much better than ABS juice.

Re: Hotend Thermistor
Hi, I have drilled a 3 mm hole vertically through the hotend, in the area where the heatings resistors are NOT placed. Then I filled the hole with the grey filler normally used to repair exhaust pipes. The wires are soldered to the thermistor and covered with scrimp tube all the way to the head. The ...

Re: Repetier for RostockMax and RAMBO
Thanks for the files for Repetier.
FYI I had to invert the direction for all 3 drives when I switched from the Marlin to your setup.
Above it is written that the values in the configuration or eeprom can be changed from Repetier. How is
that done?

Re: Rostock max making objects....
I am trying the Kisslicer now.
However there is no commands to the extruder motor.
So it prints like hell, but no filament comes out.
(My extruder is working fine when using Slic3 and within the Repetier.
Any Ideas??

Hi,
I would like to move my printing activities to a laptop pc.
However, the RAMBo_USBdriver cannot install as it apparently needs a digital certificate.
Does anyone knows a work around?
