To me, it looks like your "minimum travel requiring retraction" and "minimum extrusion requiring retraction" are much too high. I think I have mine set at something like 2 and 0.02. My speeds were at in acceleration 1850, speed 100%

I forgot to mention that I am using 1.75 mm ABS

I am printing on a rostock max v2 with masking tape. The extruder temp was 225 and the bed temp was 80.

This is my first printer, so I am not up on the jargon yet. What exactly are you referring to when you speak of the ridge?
