Re: Alien Facehugger

Man you did an awesome job with this file. I'm a huge fan of the Aliens franchise and as soon as I saw this I knew I had to print it. Took me about 35 hours with the settings you suggested but I didn't have everything dialed in perfectly so I had to use a dremel to sand out some of the ball joints ...

Re: Ambitious print

Sounds like it was a hear issue; however, I have noticed with my Rostock max v2 that if I start a print from the SD card while it plug into my computer that later on if I disconnect or turn off the computer I've had issues. Re: Rostock Max V2 layer alignment and shifting problem

Got home too late to pull it apart, tomorrow I'll check the belt and pulley tension. I'm thinking since it seems to be leaning away from the "x" tower that something has to be wrong there.

Rostock Max V2 layer alignment and shifting problem

Fairly suddenly I've started to have layer problems with my RoMax V2. Here are some of the successful prints from the first week I had the printer where things worked great and I had (minimal) problems. The whitish cube and the orange peg board were printed out really well and had no problems, as ...
