I used the mount from SeeMeCNC, but the cooling fan for the E3D barely fits. I have to use a few washers to shim with it. This blower design barely fits on mine like that, but it does. I'm currently designing an underslung E3D mount for mine so I'll have more room for blower fans, even if I lose ...

I've been using your design with some 9k rpm server fans and I've had really good luck. They're super loud but my printer is in a back room with the door shut most of the time so that's alright. I get lots of good airflow even at 60% fan speed. There is one thing though. I was using your shroud with ...

I am having this problem as well. It was definitely worse before the firmware adjustment, but I just had it fail (mash up my PLA in the motor gears) 5 hours into a 12 hour print... I just setup a temporary blower fan on the motor, hopefully it helps. Otherwise I guess I'll be looking for a different ...
