Hey no problem at all, I just wanted to help a bit testing your fork :P

P.S. I compiled with the matrix set to 9...if can change something considering that I don't use the panel nor the ethernet module, only usb connection.

Re: Heuristic (AI) calibration for delta printers on Smoothi

...I'll keep you updated on my progress... Ok I have managed to sync up your fork with the official edge. Turned out it was WAY easier then I though. I was just a moron. My fork is at https://github.com/pyjamasam/Smoothieware Be warned - I haven't actually tried it on my printer yet. I am away from ...

Re: Delta Automatic Calibration Tool - For Repetier Firmware

I am assuming you are running smoothieware? If you are running Repetier, then this should work. However, if you are using smoothieware, the version that I've previously uploaded will not work, yet . Eventually there will be support for other firmware. What I can do to help you now is modify the ...

Re: Heuristic (AI) calibration for delta printers on Smoothi

I was right!!! :D Simulated annealing is now... I don't know... 30 times faster? :) It now takes under 10 seconds to anneal the variables. You still have to wait ages for it to probe the bed, but now you don't have to wait 1-2 minutes for it to do the calculations!!! Additionally, you don't have to ...

Re: Heuristic (AI) calibration for delta printers on Smoothi

OK! New version: https://github.com/626Pilot/Smoothieware Precompiled version: https://github.com/626Pilot/Smoothieware/blob/edge/FirmwareBin/firmware.bin Changes: Annealing order randomizer was not useful, so it has been removed. 2D memory allocation bug fixed, but not deallocation. Grid size ...

Re: Heuristic (AI) calibration for delta printers on Smoothi

Thank you very much for your time, today I will try to move the G32 A before the annelling like your suggestion (I already commented out the random order), and also understand what you mean about the correction grid, but what make me crazy is the fact that the misure of the probe can't see the bed ...

Re: Heuristic (AI) calibration for delta printers on Smoothi

Hi, first of all I need to say thanks to 626pilot for his code and for the hard work put in this project, then sorry for my english. After that I want to present my result with the heuristic firmware that it's very good from the point of view of the probe but I'm in to much issues with the print ...
