The hotend cold side fan is permanently on when you have the accelerometer board. I don't believe that is adjustable due to the accelerometer board powering the fan using a constant 12v input. You would have to rewire the fan to the Rambo board on a separate pin and code it appropriately. I think a ...

Led light ring powered off the accelerometer board?
Are there any issues running an LED ring off of the accelerometer board, preferably off the unused led pin? If that isn't a good pin to use, any others that will work?

I had the idea after seeing the e3d titan that it could be possible to run it as a direct drive extruder with a small pancake nema 17 stepper.
