Rostock Max V2 + Extras - $999
Selling my Max v2. Upgraded to a Corsair RM850 850-watt fully modular power supply. Also throwing in a E3D v6 hot end (w/ bowden kit). It's fully built and calibrated. I've had a lot of success with this machine but I don't have time to learn the craft beyond printing random trinkets off of ...

Re: First layer issues
You guys were right. Nozzle height was too high. Not sure how it got out of whack, but I went through and did some re-calibration and it's printing better than ever now. Thanks again for your help! [img]http://content.screencast.com/users/BMDavis/folders/Jing/media/2bf4ce99-eda5-40cb-b9c1 ...

Thanks for the info, although it would seem there are some conflicting opinions! Haha.

Stock power supply?
Greetings! I'm new to 3D printing, but not to other various forms of gadgetry. I just received a Max v2 yesterday, and was surprised to find a pretty humble 450 watt power supply included. It looks like it only delivers 22 amps max on the 12v, which, correct me if I'm wrong, is only just going to ...
