Re: New Repetier - Delta issues??

Micro steps : already set to 8
For the extruder, I've set the wrong value (292 instead of 584).

At this moment, due to the this, I'll verify the tension of the belt, and retry the test.

Re: New Repetier - Delta issues??

The calibration is a very hard operation, can someone can provide a configuration (configuration.h, not for Marlin) for a Rostock Max (last year, with aluminum pulleys and rambo 1.0) as example. I cannot understand why the nose crash of this sort on the heated bed! If you have an example of config ...

Dear all, I read a lot of message from the forum, but now I cannot resolved the issues alone. Re: Smart LCD Adapter - draft

Geneb,

I've already read this thread and the PDF too .

But I want to connect the wires on the adapter provided with the LCD and not directly on LCD.
Or we can also add a column in the connexion table for the adapter ?

Re: Smart LCD Adapter - draft

The simpliest operation is to create a new pcb design larger but with a direct connection to the EXT2 and SPI (and the connectors will be the same as main board : 2x4 connector and 2x10) , we have have the needed space for that!

Smart LCD Adapter - draft

I have some difficulties to adapt the Smart LCD adapter for the Rambo. I decide to begin with the pinout diagram. In this first rush the schematics will be made by hand (with mspaint, I know, but it's rapid). The ISP is correct, I think (on the right side, 2x4 pins) For the EXT2 (1x18 pins), the nbr ...

Re: First try - but device not found in W8 64 bits

Done a test today, and it's strange:

- jumper set to USB : no green led
- jumper set to USB : green led on when endstop X is unplugged!

And the second solution permit to have the device listed in the device Manager (W8 64 bits).

Strange, stange!

First try - but device not found in W8 64 bits

Re: New Rostock Max in Belgium

It's not needed but if I place the led on the top acrylic top plate(on the side) , we can have an amazing effect.

Just like some indication panels illuminated with led. I have only solder a cable, in case of. I want to take 3 extra bright CMS leds for this!

Re: LCD mount on acrylic version

OK I understand now. FOr my configuration, I've put the Rambo on the backdoor ( near Z axis, if I'm right).

And the front door for the LCD mount.

The front and the backdoor are entirely the same (same holes, same references), but no hole for the lcd, just for a fan.

New Rostock Max in Belgium

I'm a new member in the Rostock max clan.

I never see a machine with this dimension in Europe and that why I order a Rostock max in the USA.

I speak English (like a "Spanish cow") , you can also communicate in French too!

Have a nice day,

Gwenael
