Re: Unsolved Mystery. Weird Z0 behavior around build perimet
So this is still a pretty large issue. Would feel a lot better to hear something from support on this. This is a tolerance issue with the laser cut parts. Over that distance 1mm is quite substantial.

Re: my windows 10 debacle
I would highly recomenbd getting a dedicated controller for your printer. IE Octoprint (http://octoprint.org/) and a Raspberry Pi. The main reason for this is that you have much more control over what the server is doing. A PC isn't a bad controller but having something dedicated and designed ...

Hot Power Cord.....
After building my Max V2 I noticed that the power cord that was shipped with the unit was getting quite warm during operation. I opened the cord and found a very cheaply made piece with very tiny conductors inside. I am estimating 18G wires but may have been smaller. Given the pull on this machine ...

Sorry for deleting as you were commenting. I hate it when that happens as well. I deleted it because I felt that I might have been a bit hasty in my comments about the platform. After this evening I now realize that something is most certainly out of sorts. [img]http://protech3d.com/wp-content ...

Re: Strange Geometric Anomaly
Thank you for the feedback. I did a fair amount of searching and was not able to locate the thread of which you speak.
Could you point me in the right direction?
Thank you.

Strange Geometric Anomaly
I am having quite a strange geometry issue with my newly built Max V2 and I am a little concerned with what it could mean. As I am no stranger to delta bots I did perform a modified leveling procedure on my new system. Not going into detail but it involves a lot of adjusting and I have performed on ...
