So after a couple of changes it was a simple fix instead of 3 perimeters I only did 2 this seems to have cured the issue. By the way doesn't anyone else hate the 1.5 update to matter control they got rid of one of the support material options and it drives me nuts! Glad I still had 1.3 uploaded

You had it right with your diagram. Jim was talking about something else. Is the outside diameter of the print that works the same as the outside diameter of the one that doesn't? It was not the one that had the step was slightly thicker, I made a new model also adjusted solid works to a higher ...

It almost looks like a polygon with multiple flat sides. Look at it with a program like NetFabb that will show you the facets to be sure. Did you design the part, can you crank up the resolution that the program outputs? Most will let you define how many segments a circle is made up of. I did ...

So quick update this was an update to wheel so I made the edge a little thicker than the previous ones I made. Also I went back and printed an early version which is the same but not at thick in the same area surprise surprise it didn't happen.

Yes it does does stay in the same location even if I rotate the part, printing with sd card
