I think what he is saying is the manual does not tell him where to get these 14" wires, should he cut them from the long length of 18 GA wires or is he missing the 14" pieces. I can see where that causes confusion. +1. I also wound up filing a support ticket on this as the manual didn't say to cut ...

Yeah, what's weird is that the front two line up fine, and the left bottom lines up fine. It's only the right bottom hole that is 1/8" off. I suspect they accidentally drilled "above the line" instead of "below the line". ;) Anyway, no big deal, and sounds like I'm not the only one.

Yeah, tried the "pop it off" trick and popped it into a few too many pieces. Luckily Amazon had replacement ends they could overnight to me for free. (Gotta love that amazon prime membership!)

The right, bottom screw hole on my LCD acrylic cover in my rostock max V2 kit appears to be drilled 1/8" higher than it was supposed to be, so it doesn't line up with the slot for it's captured screw. Anyone know if this is a general problem with the kit, or did I just get unlucky with this part? :)

Hello all. One of the two ribbon cables I received in my kit has wire #10 cut on it near the connector at one end. I say "cut" but it looks a bit sloppy like it might have been crushed / damaged. I've already ordered some new ribbon cable connectors from amazon and plan to remove the damaged portion ...
