Speeds in the EEPROM can be adjusted down. Slow the "jerk" or "instant speed change" down considerably. The accelerations might be cut by 50% to start.

Then printing a little slower, say 60-70 will help with "ringning" issues you show in the photo.

In Cura 4.5, from the menu, choose "File" then "Open file(s)..." and select the following file form our GitHub download. Then uncheck "Dual Extrusion" in the slice setting. A purge tower will not print and the printer will switch.
