Re: Orca setup
Updates to the guide in the previous post work very well. The 04 and 07 project files work good with the exception of short travels moves with small features. More work is needed to properly combine the inherits into the SeeMeCNC "fdm_xxxxxxx_common.json" files. As the Orca Team advised last year ...

I'm open to all input and suggestions and shares 3MF Orca project files to try. Be sure to include any notes if you change the acceleration, instantaneous speed change (aka jerk), or other config.g settings in the firmware. I don't feel they need changed because Orca Slicer controls everything ...

Re: Orca setup
By Sunday, I'll post my Orca files and where to put them in Orca. As of this post, my focus has been on improving the seam. A Bowden tube can be challenging to get the seam working. Here are my thoughts & approach to how I have been using Orca Slicer over the past month. With about a million ...

Re: Once more with the Duet Wifi - totally stuck on the no networks/wifi idle msg
Hi guys, thank you for posting your solution of naming the SSID's individually for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz at the router. Sometimes there's no explanation why it happens, perhaps it is something within the DHCP router itself.. certain models.. ? If I come across this with another customer, we'll ...

Re: Duet2 RepRapFirmware v3.2.2 Upgrade
I recommend any version 2.xx and lower should re-install firmware as the guide suggests. The BOSSdelta and Artemis are all working well. Just follow the guide. I'll repeat this... follow the Service Bulletin for migrating to v3.2.2 found on the shared Google Drive. :) As of this post, v3.2 needs a ...

Re: Rostock MAX v2 Print not smooth
Speeds in the EEPROM can be adjusted down. Slow the "jerk" or "instant speed change" down considerably. The accelerations might be cut by 50% to start.
Then printing a little slower, say 60-70 will help with "ringning" issues you show in the photo.

Cura 4.8 won't work. It won't likely be fixed until the next release. We don't make software, we only advise customers to use what is proven to work, tested, and solid. Take another look at your email from SeeMeCNC technical support Saturday at 4:20pm. no YAT, no USB connecting. We do not run our ...

In Cura 4.5, from the menu, choose "File" then "Open file(s)..." and select the following file form our GitHub download. Then uncheck "Dual Extrusion" in the slice setting. A purge tower will not print and the printer will switch.
