Well calibrated Max?
Many of us incl.me have a Rostock Max. I got mine well set up but not as good as I want.
Is anyone able do post some good settings for the Max for abs prints with a 0.5 or 0.35 noozle?
Settings for Slic3r or Kisslicer maybe.

Re: A unhappy user reviews the Rostock Max
I know this review and it is not untrue. In my opinion is the Rostock Max nothing for people without any good mechanical knowlege. He is not mature 100% and you should also have opportunities to get a lathe for example. I only buyed the Rostock because I am engineering technician with the knowledge ...

Re: Rostock max 3d printing calibration guide?
I didnt find myself any guide like this in the internet for the Rostock Max.. It was almost only learning by doing for me for a few weeks. Maybe best is when you show us pictures with your current settings when a print fail and you didnt find the error. A mechanical guide you will find here. http ...

Re: Stringing
Yes i usw Slic3r. Changing the retract doesn't solve the problem with stringing.. No change from 0,1 - 1mm with stringing 1,5mm or more retract and the hotend don't get or fast enough filment for a clean print without holes. I tryed the option retract_restart_extra with 1mm and retract with 1,5mm ...

Re: Replacement Nozzle
Pipe wrenge is your friend here..
BTW is there a minimum size limit for the noozle? I only seeing 0.35, 0.50 and 0.70mm.
Would 0.10 or 0.20mm also work for smale objects or even better then the standard 0.35 for abs prints?

Re: Replacement Nozzle
Just made my new nozzel today myself with 0,30mm (1:1 copy except the 0,30mm) and it was a pain in the a.. With the US only UNC 3/8"-24 thread... No one in EU or in the world using this and it was hard do made with a lathe without the right tools... Maybe for future 3d printers: do it with more ...

Re: Reversed X Axis
When you sitting in front of the printer where the Rambo board is then is right from it the x axis, left from the board the y and in the back the z axis. The properly moving positions should be: delta arms moving right = x+, left is x-, forward is y-, backward y+, up z+ and down is z-. For me the x ...

Reversed X Axis
Hello For 4 days now, I'm the proud owner of a Rostock Max and I was able to successfully print a few testing figures. When I'm manually controlling the axes I found out that the X-axis moves into the wrong direction. Instead of moving into the + direction, it moves into the opposite, the ...
