Turns out that my bed size settings were set over what the firmware could handle even though the part would fit on the plate, Your link the the thread help me figure that out, Thanks

I'm having a very similar issue myself, net fab shown no errors and the part prints fine at half scale but when I print it full size the head will crash the bed after the first couple of layers... my log shows several errors that reads invalid delta coordinate move ignored.... Baffled Here are some ...

I switched the resistor on the hot end to a cartridge, not only did it fix the problem but it heats a little faster...
Odd thing is my Kossel heats up 3 times as fast with a 7 dollar monitor power supply (not using heated bed on max)

I check the wiring, I do have inline connectors and I replaced a suspect one, but issue still remains, Doesn't to that from SD card or pronterface..
under the printer setting and connection, that do you have for reset on connect?
You ever try the magnets?

Hot end temp drops after starting of print
All of the sudden, as soon as I try to run a job, the temperature drops very rapidly, (preheat is fine) nothing unusual in my start codes, reran pid....
I'm stumped...

Temperature always 1 deg. short of target
I have a makerfarm hot end and no matter what temp I set it too, the hot end comes up about 1-2 deg. short, keeping the printer from starting the print. I have ran the pid tune several times and even though the exact thermistor isn't shown on the tables I have tried the common ones.. Isn't there a ...

I think I found the problem. I switched to a different hot end and it still had some kaptan tape on the peek, which must have been blocking some of the air from the peek fan causing clogging which in turn caused extruder issues..

Ive been using cura, problems seems to go away with kiss. I even tried the simple mode. My steps are set at 96 for the ez. I'm printing out a version of the Kossel extruder to be used with a geared reduction stepper. similar to xnoion's Anyone else using the new Cura? other than this issue, I really ...

I had some excess solder on my onyx that wasn't allowing the glass to lay flat, I used a solder wick on the thermister solder point to remover the excess, now I have this problem.. Did I fry the thermistor?
