Cooling Fan

Anyone know why the barrel fan on the seemecnc HE280 hot end will not turn on? Everything powers up when the power switch is turned on except for this fan that blows on the heat sink portion of the hot end. All fuses have been checked and are good was working perfectly so the solder joints are good ...
