I had to wave the white flag on the HE280. I tried all the tricks and for whatever reason I just couldn't stop that plastic puck from forming under the PTFE tube after a few prints. I wanted it to work because I thought it printed really well but it got it the point I had to remove the PTFE tube ...

I got mine assembled last night. I wish that it was a little easier to route and hide the wires on, but it'll work. I still need to wire up the new harness before it will work. I decided to solder the disconnectable leads from E3D to the board so that I can replace components in the future without ...

Thought there was only the big fuse (15) but actually it was one of the small ones that was fried. I replaced and everything is back to normal.

So how did you fix it? I'm having the same issue - no LCD, no lights on the board and I checked all the fuses and they seem fine - no burn marks and no smells. The PSU is working and the fans connected to it but outside of that nothing else is working

Is this still working out for you? Seriously starting to lose my mind with this back pressure issue. Too many failed prints now.
