He280 hotend nozzle
Recently I ordered a .4 mm brass nozzle from seemecnc official website and ever since switching to that nozzle I've had a lot of problems printing. Now I changed it back to the original .5 mm one, it prints much better. When I am changing back the nozzle, I noticed one thing. The two nozzles are of ...

Panel due not working (both USB to PC and ribbon to duet)
It was during an electronic debug and upgrade that the panel due stops working. (I didn't notice when until I finished both) I was having a fan problem due to the short in always on fans. According to suggestions from this forum, I connected the V_IN of V FAN JUMPER SELECT to V_IN of POWER IN using ...

Re: Calibration problems for a big print, Please Help!!!
One thing you can do without messing with calibration would be increase the first layer height (with slicer) and decrease the nozzle height by G31 Z-0.05 (you can make it more negative with step of 0.05 as long as your nozzle don't touch the bed)

Re: Problem with duetwifi's cpu fan
Xenocrates, I've tried to measure the voltage between the power supply pins, which is indicated in the picture shown below (again stolen from mhackney's blog) IMG_7418.JPG I get the same voltage 12.4 V with turning on the layer fan and without. I also measured the voltage in the cpu fan, 0.8 V with ...

Re: Problem with duetwifi's cpu fan
OK, thanks Xenocrates. I have the stock MAX V3 PSU and I'll check the output after I get back from work. Just to make it clear, do you mean I should check the voltage between the pins of the fan or between the pins of the actual power supply?

Problem with duetwifi's cpu fan
Hi all, I've been conducting the duetwifi converting recently. There are quite a few problems I had during this time but wisely using the internet solves these. However, there is one thing left unsolved (which is not too urgent either). Here is a picture stolen from mhackney's blog. IMG_7486.JPG The ...

Yes, It should be able to fly. I am still new to RC yet, so I plan to work on the simulator a little bit before actually take it into the wild.

Intro with printed plane!
Hi all, I've been reading the posts in the forum for a while but haven't posted yet. Now that I just finished printing and building a plane from 3DLabprint, I think it may be a good time to introduce myself here. I'm a grad student in central Texas and majored in Chemistry (although I do Pchem and ...
