No the leds arent lit on the hotend

update: when i turn the printer on it says what it isnt supposed to (on the lcd) like the make and model and "fw date" and repetier version but when i unplug the whip it goes to the speed and temp of the noz and bed and says 22 for both (what its supposed to say) but then it says def right after and ...

Do you know how to tinker or alter with the PID?

it says page not found

update: i unplugged the whip itself in the bottom and plugged it back in and now the LCD says what its supposed to besides the nozzle and bed says DEF, what should i do?

I unplugged the red and black wires from the whip from the rambo and nothing happened, could anything else be wrong?? Thanks!!

Yea mine doesnt do the temp screen but youre saying if i unplug the red and black wires it will?

I briefly checked it this morning before i left for school and it looks to me like everything to do with the whip is connefted right, could it possibly be anything else? Please let me know and thank you all for the responses!!

Are you talking about the big black insolated cord with a bunch of different wires inside, because i checked and to my knowledge it it properly secured and no the printer has never worked, if you think anything else would be interfering with it please let me know Thanks!!!
