IMO, try printing it upright. It's a large piece. If your printer isn't calibrated well(hopefully it will be ;) ) you might have issues out at the edged of the build area. I also think the layering in that orientation would make it stronger. It will require some support under the pointed piece. As ...

Printing these requires the correct support settings in the slicer. You need to have an almost solid support disc for the very small point of contact that the balls sit on. And if one comes loose, your done.
