Thanks Eaglezsoar, I attached a pic showing the two screws that are in the way preventing me from slipping the shroud all the way on snug up against the platform and I circled the screws in red. Should these screws be screwed flush down against the platform to get them out of the way? Effector ...

I cannot slip the shroud onto the platform because the screws heads are sticking out a smidgeon so they are in the way. Your help in figuring this out is appreciated.

Thanks Eaglezsoar, I also noticed even if the slot in the shroud was wide enough that the screws in the platform will block it from going on all the way. Here is a pic showing the screws are not flush against the platform. Should the screws be screwed in all the way into the platform? Screws Not ...
