i think it turned out to be my hot bed was wired backwards seems to be printing now

temperature drops to neg just as i start to print
has any one run into this,
just start to print and temperature gets to there levels starts to print and bamm temperature is now in the minis killing the extruded
thought it was wiring but checks out to be ok
do i have something set to low or to high ?

having trouble with z motors running at same time
hi all iam sitting here scratching my head can't figure this out. i am having trouble running my z axe down to home when i hit the home button it sounds like a lock up when i have both motors plugged in at same time making a hell of a noise and not moving , it dose work fine if i plug in one motor ...

iam looking for a way to plug in a extra fan for extuder motor on rambo board lost my instuction sheet. see that there is a extra 5v connector on board but not to sure how ya control it any one know

ok i will cheek that today motors are both nema 17 just notice one dont keep up with the other and i get uneven on my z. thought there might be a way to adjust in firmware. going to pull it apart today see what going on thanks

hi all got a problem with my z stepper motors one running slower then the other. mendel type printer running on rambo board. I am running repetier host with the max firmware seam to work the best with my printer and less hassle setting up. but i cant figor out how to adjust or were to even look not ...

just the extuder, thought i was there and back to the build. bin back and forth getting everything done and pimping it out, then something else happens last thing was i had zip tied all my wires together at the rambo and it look so dam nice was so tidy and i put the board cover on and what the hell ...

gave up on it it was working day before but might have got the stepper motor to hot just trying it. just a little 45g don't think its going to work

so i dont touch that just leave it as it is and just change the beta numbers this is what i got it set to now.. do i have to double slash out anything before this or set to 0 to disable dont know what to do with the *8 *8 lol iam lost i think all i changed in here was 4267 to 4092 not to sure i even ...

ya might be going to look for new one, not to sure seams like a lot of people having same problem. i did notice when i first did it that the led resister did flash red when i first hooked it up so think i am over powering it, took off resister and the led and that didnt fix it just in case i cooked ...

hot bed rated for 10amp would changing the fuse down to 10 from 15 work

have to get a new power supply by the looks of it what would be a good amount of power for the rambo card i have one i order 20v 20amp, dont think its going to kick it getting to dam hot set at 12.50 and nothing running looking for low profile any one know, iam not to sure my self what the rambo ...

ya i did, i un-sodered the hot bed and metered , it came to 2.2 with out wires and i put new ones on and getting same 2.2 ohms
