Re: Supercharge your heated bed times!
For those interested, I'm heating my bed to 125C. Once the bed reaches temp, I remove the towel and typically see a drop of 1c for approximately 2-3 minutes. Considering I get decent adhesion at 115c I'm well within what I deem acceptable range.

Re: Problems with Concave/Convex Calibration
Do you get any messages in the arduino upload dialog box at the bottom?
I had a similar issue where nothing I was doing changed anything and it turned out the firmware wasn't actually being installed to the RAMBo.

Supercharge your heated bed times!
Hey guys, Just wanted to share a quick tip about getting your heated bed up to temperature faster than you might think possible! I'm using the Rostock Max with an Onyx for reference. Go down to your favorite superstore and buy a nice fluffy dish cloth of the cotton variety. Place it on your bed ...

Re: How to Export a Slic3r configuration in Repetier
I had this exact issue. They have a bug in their software that tells slic3r to look at the wrong folder for certain things. They talk about it here (they don't give a solution though) https://github.com/repetier/Repetier-Host/issues/180 Basically you just need to manually copy the configs. In ...

Re: .hex for 32u2
No hex was needed. I realized that I was mistaken about the 32u2 (I had an issue where usb didn't work on a phonedrone auv board a year ago and I had to reflash the 32u2 hex to get that working) It's the atmega2560 that needed reflashed. Just hook up your programmer to the appropriate 6-pin ...

Re: .hex for 32u2
Still no word back from support yet... I decided to reburn my bootloader last night....IT WORKED! I was able to finish the initial script 1-4 calibration without issue after that. Time to learn repetier. Hoping to find a guide on using repetier on seemecnc's youtube, I found this video telling me to ...

Re: .hex for 32u2
I plan to wait until I hear a definitive answer from seemecnc that this is in fact the issue before I go poking it with my avr programming stick. I just like to be prepared. If anyone has suggestions on something I should try first I will gladly attempt it. What "stick" do you have? Poking it with ...

Re: .hex for 32u2
I'm running windows 7 home premium 64 bit. I've got the machine up and running with the stock firmware on the rambo, I can manipulate the arms/hotend and bed from repetier. I've calibrated the endstop screws using scripts 1-3, I'm at script 4 trying to set the print delta. When I try to upload I get ...

.hex for 32u2
Hey Guys, I'm still waiting on a reply from seemecnc about my issue. I can control the machine just fine but I need to upload new code in order to finish calibrating the toolhead. avrdude: stk500v2_ReceiveMessage(): timeout avrdude: stk500v2_ReceiveMessage(): timeout avrdude: stk500v2_ReceiveMessage ...
