Thanks for your thoughts- I got the TonerPlastics ABS from MicroCenter here in Sharonville, OH (maybe old stock?) I am now not so convinced I have everything dialed in, and/or I am dealing with what the OP mentioned about environment because I am trying to understand this latest test failure: ABS ...
