just a note, (I missed this) when installing the Carriage U-Joint Mounts there is an top and bottom if you plan to use the existing hole to mount the bolt for the end stops. If not all the same, all the switches will not be mounted on the same side of the mounts. (not a big deal but cleaner if they ...

for the ONYX I countersunk and had "just enough" length to reach the t-nuts. I still need to remove the PS for one of the screws.

I used 4 22 gauge wires on both the + and -, connected each group of 4 to 2 18 gauge wires going to the Rambo board. Can't say what the draw is so hope that is enough.. plenty more holes if needed :D

I was seeing the same sort of thing..the baud rate needed to be changed in Repetier.

Yep, I agree RCA is in order. That is why I tested the setup after meltdown and without changing the pot setting. about 235-240 C, before starting the print I thought I was running about 210. Just too hot or thermistor short when in motion. I have a new PID I'm thinking of using (thermalcouple). I ...

Almost there.. I hope. Was ready to go but had a meltdown. I think the temp was just too hot, I do hear the relay on MK138 so seems to be working.
