Rostock max v1 e3dv6 wont go past 247

Post by Ruken »

Repetier host wont let me set the hotend temperature past 247 in manual control. Anytime I set it past 247 it just reverts back to 247. In printer settings my max temp is set to 280. Is this a firmware setting?

Yes, there is a max temperature setting in firmware that I recall defaults to 250°C. It's there for some degree of safety against a meltdown.

Just changed the configuration.h file max temp from 240 to 280 but I'm still stuck at 247. Is there another setting I could try?

Edit: I edited the Values for Menu settings. Is that the wrong place?

Edit 2: Found it! I'm blind sometimes lol
