Instructions to load new Repetier firmware for the RoMAX

Can anyone provide instruction on how to install this download using Arduino IDE? If you double click on the Repetier.ino file it will open your default Arduino IDE program, but I don't have the Rambo Driver installed (don't know how) for my default IDE 1.0.3. For my Rostock Flashes I have an Arduino 0023 (Alpha) that JohnOly cooked up that has the Ultimake Rambo Driver in it already. JohnOly allows you to load the marlin.pde file and it brings in all the tabs ready to flash.

I changed the Repeteir.ino file extension to .pde, so Repeteir.pde with that I am able to bring in the sketch with all tabs into the JohnOly cooked Arduino 0023 (Alpha) IDE.

My real question is, now that I can view this with my proper Ardiuno IDE with the Ultimaker Rambo board in the list of boards, what do I have to do get my settings that I had in the Configuration.h tab in the marlin.pde over into the Repetier Firmware Sketch? I also notice that the Repetier Firmware will not Verify in Ardiuno IDE.

repetier firmware is known to work on 1.03 or higher, start there.

usb drivers can be obtained from the reprap wiki rambo page. or rostock max wiki page.
