Woodturned sphere with 3D printed coil

Lauren and I enjoy experimenting with combining materials and techniques. I turned the hard maple sphere on a lathe, she embellished it with archival ink. It sits atop a wood coil printed on my Rostock Max V2. It's dual filament, with the body printed with ColorFabb WoodFill, and the supports printed with PVA.
