HE Fan ???

Question to the forum.

I have a Rostock max V3

Is the HE Fan suppose to be always on. ( the fan that point directly at the thermal fuse ) in the HE280.

Mine seems to always be off.

Is there a setting of it somewhere?

After turning fans on 100%, when I test the pins with a DMM I get zero current there? I get power to the other fans just fine.

Under what circumstances is the HE fan suppose to run?
