calibration w/accelerometer

I upgraded my v2 with the e3d and the seemecnc accelerometer board. I used both of the auto calibration steps, basic and the advanced. The first layer is still slightly uneven, looks perfect towards the back of the z position but towards the front is slightly too high. Any ideas on how this could happen? I can only speculate bed plate may be warped? I have not used the machine terribly often. Any other possibilities before I buy a new bed plate. Adjust the end stop screws somewhat before auto calibrating? Solutions?
