Repetier-Host EEPROM Config for Rostock Max

Post by oxident »

My default EEPROM settings in Repetier-Host V0.85b seem to be all over the place. Can anyone send me a screen shot of the settings that are working well for them?

I'm sorry, It is 0.85, I was thinking Slic3r. Here are my EEPROM settings, just double check before you run. Mostly all good, just having some issues with PID tuning and the fact that in the EEPROM the extruders are numbered as EXT 1 not sure if this should be changed to EXT0. Awaiting confirmation of this on another thread I have in the Troubleshooting section.

are you using the rambo1.1b, if so you need to double check all your eeprom settings.

i'm using ext 1 on mine and it works, dont know why there label differently. maybe polygon can jump in here and tell us why.

Yes, I have Rambo 1.1b. I purchased the kit a month ago and a half ago.

He must be, because the steps per mm is correct if using a 20 tooth pulley is it not. The older metal pulley is 106.67. So this would be the only way it could be working and spitting out hugely inaccurate scales of objects.

EXT0 is the first extruder in the firmware, in the EEPROM menu it's EXT1, there is no issue there other than the naming.

Thanks for clarifying that Poly. Then I will let it be just as it is. It is printing spectacularly. Thanks Poly for this version of Repetier Firmware. Fantastic job you did to improve Rostock performance.
