Values in EEPROM wont save..?

Post by Dirosio »

installed my new extruder, however, found out that been some changes in the guide for the printer..
followed this guide.
http://www.geneb.org/rostock-max/Rostoc ... -Guide.pdf

started from page 135.. however, the tricky thing is between page 143 and 148..

i have done exactly the same as the guide tells me.. however.. the values i insert to EEPROM wont save...instead it change values to 0,00.. i was luckey to dubblecheck this before i start the next step.. however, now i dont know its even ok to start the printer because the values are set to 0,00... last failure made something burned up the whole extruder.. however.. this step wasnt included in the guide before..

so.. suggestions..? can i set EEPROM values manually by sending Gcode..somehow..?

****found out the issue****
goddamit i hate when values must be written as 00.00 instead of 00,00 as i should..

well, whatever.. close this topic..

It seems as if this is a bug in Repetier-Host. Please let the author know about it. It's not reasonable for a program not to adapt to a user's locale by using the correct decimal separator.
