Yeah, that was stupid of me, my apologies. I have read somewhere though that using the AVRDude from sub 1 versions in the 1+ versions has fixed it for some. I also read here that SMCNC made a mistake while loading firmware and that's what is causing all this.

ok found a how to vid.... will pickup a few headers tonight and use a mates arduino to flash a new bootloader onto my rambo...

will this be the fix I am after... finger crossed!
