Dual extruders with EZStruder and Steve's Extruder

Is it possible to use the EZStruder and Steve's Extruder for dual extrusion?

I have both and each still works.

I am really curious to see how others have set up their dual extruder setup. Specifically, the hot end mount. I can't seem to find any pics.
