Just a note that there is a newer version of Slic3r available now.
They are still working on Beta as well, so it might be a good thing to wait on an even newer version that will allow printing support material.
Looking pretty good though.
I will say that I find for that I have to go slower for ABS than I do for PLA. Depends on part size and type of course, but generally I print PLA at least 1/3 rd faster than ABS.
I'd turn your small perimeter speed down, a lot of the upper layers are small enough that slowing down gives the material a chance to set.
I'd also enable cooling and set the minimum layer time to ~20seconds and set the minimum speed to something in the 5mm/s range.
But I think you'll need support for the arms at the top, the current 7.2 Slic3r might generate it, it does generate support, but not always where you would expect. Otherwise you can use Skeinforge, which actually isn't as complicated as it first looks.
