ports for stepper motors stopped working
I had ran the G28 with success. I tried to run it again and now I don't even hear the motors try to move. I tried to switch the positions of the stepper motors to the other ports and I run the G28 command and I still get nothing.

Test both fuses for continuity. They look like this, and you can pull them with tweezers: http://www.mouser.com/Search/ProductDet ... 0448005.MR
If either of them isn't passing electricity, you'll need to get a replacement. I ordered several.
Can you get your extruder to move?

Check endstops, max & min distances, direction, inverted endstops and inverted direction in the firmware. All this info also needs to match eeprom and control software. There are seemingly endless configurations in Repetier for all this. You might have locked the machine up by having endstops and the other stuff (mentioned above) mixed up while homing the first time.
