It is really hard to tell you what might be wrong with just photos. Too many variables here.
We need a bit more informaton - but it appears that you're blobbing.
Anyway, I can see in the bg you're running Repetier - so I assume Slic3r as well?
Can you tell us:
Print nozzle size
Filament size
Head speed
Extrusion multiplier
Infill settings
and most of your print settings?
Have you tried other software? How does it look in Kisslicer? What have you tried?
See where I'm going?

I havent used any other program outside of Rep and slic3r. still trying to figure them out. My filament is not CNC's. Had it for a previous one I gave up on. its 1.75mm but consistantly measures 1.68.And if you look at the ankles, theyre offset. did that with the calibration cube also. Thanks for your help!

Alt-PrtScn and paste into an image editor like Paint.NET. Your life will be MUCH easier.

Maybe i missed it, but is that PLA or ABS? Either way I think 187C is low. I also think JohnStack is right, we need more info. What have you tried? What have you changed? Both in firmware and mechanically? Offset like his ankles can be either. I would go back through all the mechanical i.e. Do you have those "Delta arm blues" are your cheapskates properly adjusted? Then go back to default firmware and go step by step through calibration, especially extruder tuning. Go to the "Rostock" home page on this forum and see if anything in the sticky posts at the top apply.

Im using PLA. I calibrated mechanically about 8 times trying to work out the concave issue. I had the same issue then that I have now (couldn't wait, I printed even tho i had a concave but only by .3mm). I didn't know about extruder adjustments until I started looking into this issue. I am looking for extruder tuning now and will be buying Tricklaser.com's arms just to take the arms out of any equation. Sucks I have to buy a part to eliminate a "possible" issue, so soon, rather than as an upgrade down the road. I think the arms are good, i sanded them pretty good, but apparently it might not be enuff.
I know its a continual tweak to keep it running in top shape. I was just hoping that I was not the only person thats had this issue here and that someone would have at least a good idea where I can look other than recalibrate from page 1. In any case, I still say this forum is better by a MILE than any other concerning open source printers.

When I sanded my parts I took my time and did it while I watched some tv. I used a diamond file set, and it ended up being ALOT of tv. Then when I screwed the plastic parts together I had to sand again. When I reached that point I would snap the metal parts in and move them around take them out, then sand just the part of the black piece that had the silvery contact mark, got rid of the mark and didn't sand further. Took a long time but when I got to the point I could flick it and watch it spin awhile I didn't have any sideways give either, and never had major issues with delta arm blues (even if it sat in the back of my head as a part every problem, arg that's some paranoia).

As far as the shift in the print. I'm willing to bet, you are missing a tooth on one of your belts or you have the belts way too loose. My printer will skip a tooth on a belt in a certain area of my bed if I run it too fast, because I "somewhat crashed it" one day.
I personally don't think 187 would be too low of a temp for PLA at those speeds. But your ext. 1 acceleration is crazy high. I'd change that to somewhere around 1000 to 1250.
