Motor Makes Noise / Shaft Doesn't Spin

I bought the 5.18:1 Geared Stepper Motor that I saw other people in our Forum using:

When I try to run the motor it makes noise, but the shaft does not spin. The shaft just locks up so I cannot turn it by hand until I cut off the power to the motor. Current is set to 195.

Any ideas? Is it likely a bad motor?

The most likely things are the wire order is wrong or the pins in the connector are not clicked into place.

The wire order should be Red Green Yellow Blue (technically geneb's guide's order should be fine, but I'm OCD like that when two out of three documents match up.
