I had posted this elsewhere but Eaglezsoar suggested I post it here where it might get more visibility.
When I add an object into Repetier host, it's almost always off the edge of the print bed -- something like X=90, Y=90 or so. I have to end up manually changing X and Y to get the object into the center of the print area. I'm using the Mac version of RH (which is 0.56). Anyone else seeing this problem? I suspect I have dimensions setup incorrectly somewhere, but I played with a few things and couldn't figure it out. Also, during printing, RH only shows one quarter of what's being printed. It looks like it's just the "positive" quadrant, with nothing in the -X or -Y regions (assuming 0,0 is at the center) being shown. Is that a known issue?
Position off in Repetier Host?

open this: http://download.seemecnc.com/Rostock-MA ... -Guide.pdf
go to ch 17 pg 143 and redo that setup and see if you still have that issue.

Re: Position off in Repetier Host?
Thanks, I've done that but the configuration panel for the Mac version of RH is slightly different than the Windows version. Specifically, this tab of the configuration:
I've played around with various settings of the X/Y min and max, and I can get the calibration cube to drop at slightly different locations, but I can't seem to get it to drop at 0,0 (I have to move it there manually). Using the settings in the screen grab, the cube ends up at 40 40.
Anyway, it's just annoying, not really critical.

woof, what happens if you set xmin/xmax, ymin/ymax to 0?
