LCD menu functions manual?

I've been hunting around for documentation on what some of the configuration and debug options in the LCD menu actually do... mostly because I'm trying to get my delta dialed in, and there's a "delta config" sub menu that's sitting there taunting me, but I can't quite figure out how to get it to work. I've checked here in the forum, SeeMe's main website, and GitHub where the firmware branch lives, but no dice.
