PRINTER HEAT BED NOT HEATING ALL THE WAYUP
we have fully assembled the rostock max, tested the power supply, tested the board, tried to do the pid autotune start-(nothing even attempts to start- says "one command waiting". Bed will rise to about 80 degrees and cuts off when I manually heat the bed up using the heat bed button. any one know where the time out is for the heated bed in the software? any ideas what is happening, I am so stressed at this point, confused,.....
, I even tried pid autotune start for the extruder ,but it worked.

Re: PRINTER HEAT BED NOT HEATING ALL THE WAYUP
So the heated bed warms up normally with manual controls, but the autotune process is timing out?
Try changing the command to only go up to 60 degrees. See if that works any quicker.
I've struggled with this too and cant remember if someone's tracked down what to tweak in the firmware or not.

Re: PRINTER HEAT BED NOT HEATING ALL THE WAYUP
the command already tells it to go to 60 degrees

So the command is 60, but it's reaching 80 on its own BEFORE you manually click the heater on?
That is odd. I'm sure it's something simple, but I'm stumped.
