Yes, we should have about 8 left after everyone that bought one in the pitchin is shipped. We will put them up on our website as soon as they come in and all those people get theirs shipped.

Hello TKL,

Do you have a BOM or schematic?
Did you include traces for an LED?
What Temp sensor did you design it for?
What connector/s, if any, did you use?

I would like to get a jump start on components.

Thanks again for all your hard work on this.

ALeander,

There is space for a 1k Resistor and a LED of your choice, both leaded.

I made it for LM35, TMP35, TMP36, TMP37 or DS18B20. Last one is digital. But you can use any NTC / PTC. Only important thing is that you make a good thermal connection to the tracks running under the sensor. You can use some thermal conducting glue or compound.

I did not made it for connectors but for the wires to be soldered directly to the board. There is holes in the pads though for those who want connectors.

Isn't that ironic TKL. Nice job on those boards man. Have you ordered from them before? They are some of the nicest looking boards i've seen!

Can you do me a favor. We want to add two 1/8" holes along the back edge, on the LED side of the board, to allow zip ties to hold the wiring for strain relief? If you can make those changes and re-send me the files, that'd be awesome. I think we're going to go ahead and order more here shortly

Ok guys, I just sent the shipping requests out payapl now. We're using USPS Express mail, so it's a flat rate based on country. Make sure your shipping address in paypal is where you want them sent, Julie will be shipping them to that address.

After We grab a few boards for our machines, that leaves about 7 boards left. We are waiting to hear from TKL if he's good with us offering up the same desings with his name on them on our indiegogo campaign. He'll get all the credit for the boards, we're just going to bring them in in larger qty's.

Hey Guys,

I gotta say the boards due in fact look great in the pictures, but what gives with the shipping cost? I just got a Paypal invoice for $18.35 for "This is for priority Intl. shipping for the Heated Build plate order from the group buy on SeeMeCNC Forums". That seems a bit high considering I just had 12 LM8UU bearings and a nozzle sent out to me for "Shipping (Priority Mail® Flat Rate) & Handling $8.35". The shipping costs more than the board does at that rate. I did expect some shipping cost but certainly not that much.

Can anyone explain this?

Thanks TKL for the information and excellent looking boards.

Hey guys, John here. The problem is that theya re too large to fit in the small flat rate boxes. The next best solution was the express mail envelope, and in the US it's $18.95 I was using a template, and I forgot to remove the international on the one's for the guys in the states.

If you guys want, I can ship them in a plain padded envelope by USPS, but I don't know that we an insure those, and I'm a bit nervous about that. You guys tell me what you want to do? I'll do it either way. I didn't think shipping was going to be that much, 8.95 i think is the small flat rate box, but like i said, it's too big for that one.

Hey John,

I would be fine with padded flat rate envelope (domestic is about $6?) from USPS. Since I have three boards, you can just painters tape them together and they should survive ok.

Thanks for giving us options. We appreciate you working with us on this.
