Hey guys, I'm building a Rostock Max and I'm on the part where I need to square up my extrusions. I picked up a large framing(16"x24") square and started working on it this morning. I noticed that one of the towers would just not square up. It was either off near the top or near the bottom edge of the square. I took the extrusion out and just put the long edge of the square in the middle of the extrusion and that particular side of the extrusion is not just flat. The other three sides are much more flat, so I imagine it's just that the anodization for that particular side has a thick spot.
This is going to cause a problem for the cheapskates if I put that side where any wheels run, right? I could put it on the inside but then, obviously, I can't square the tower to the bottom. Do I just need to contact SeeMeCNC for a replacement?

I would definitely ask for a replacement. It is a critical component and should not be used.

Yeah, I ended up emailing support this morning about it after not getting traction here.

I thought it was strange too because you guys reply pretty quick to other threads. I figured nobody understood what I was trying to say. It's difficult to describe and I even had to send another description to support before John got what I was talking about. Definitely didn't think I was being ignored though.
