Yes we are from Switzerland a real small Country, but nice

Washington DC is my recommendation for the largest density of museums, city-type parks, and interesting things to see while walking around. There are more woodsy parks nearby (walking trails along the old canal come to mind) and in easy driving distance. The Hershey car thing would be a 2-3 hour drive from there, if you wanted to go there. Check out

Of course, most major cities would have similar things to see: New York, Baltimore, Boston, Philadelphia, New Orleans, San Francisco, San Diego, Las Vegas, and many others. No reason you can't hit several if you arrange flights or pick those close enough to drive to.
I'm not really a car buff, other than driving and fixing them before they were classics. The Imperial Palace museum in Las Vegas has a nice collection if you go there. Drag racing I can't help with at all. Sorry.
Steakhouses are everywhere. No point in trying to recommend anything specific until you pick your destinations.
