Rostock Max Stop Working

Last night I assembled my machine and finished calibrating by following Sec 18 in the manual, everything seems good.
Today I would like to start first print, but having a serious connection issue.
After power on Rostock Max and click "Connect" button in Repetier-Host, I found the "Manual Control" function failed.
I am sure it shows connected, but seems that Repetier wont sent signal to RostockMax.

Here are the items what I have checked.
1. Com Port setting is ok.
2. Update firmware via Arduino again.
3. Checked all connectors to RAMBO.
4. I can use the button on the LCD panel to control all functions.(Homing, XYZ moving, heatbed, hotend.....)
However, homing function is dead. Because when homing starts, XYZ motor wont go to the top side, they just move down a little bit.
5. Re-install Repetier, but same sympton.

Is there anyone helps me on this issue?

have you confirmed that your endstops are working properly?

You may know this already but use M119
X_MAX:L Y_MAX:L Z_MAX:L would be all have not been hit
X_MAX:H Y_MAX:H Z_MAX:H would be all endstops are hit

I bought a new Rambo V1.2, now not it works.
