Just getting started with abs

What are the preferred temps for the extruder and the bed for abs?
I have a Rostok Max and have been unable to get the bed above 85C.
Help and advice anyone?

I put my bed at 80 and a good starting point for ABS is 220. I print only in ABS and have about 5 different spools that all print really well from 220 to 230. Happy printing!!
