You plug your extruders into the extra Z and they work but if you plug them into E0 and or E1 they don't work.
Have you tried just one extruder stepper into E0? The chances that two different cards having blown drivers for E0 makes
no sense. Have you checked the small fuses on the boards? There are two small fuses, you need to carefully remove
them and check with a volt ohm meter to make sure they are not open.

Take a step back and answer this question - Did you bring the hot end up to temperature before you tried to manually extrude filament?

i found the problem!! :)
geneb´s tip was the right way... the themprature wasnt correct... must heat to 250 Celsius to extrude and my printthemperature was 240.... so it cant work.... beginner fail.. i think :)

Thanks for your tips!!
but now i have a new problem.... the diameter from print are not correct. i print a qube who should be 10x10x10 millimeter and became a cube 8,4x8,7x10 mm.

the outside and the infill are perfect!!! better as the print from my UP!! printer. but x and y doesnt fit.... where is now the problem??? :(

sorry, dont understand.. :(
i check the Carriage horizontal offset and change it from 35mm to 38mm, also correct the printer radius from 198,25mm to 200,7mm in cofiguration.h file.
but nothing happens... became exact the same cube.... wondering... wondering...

Lets start over with your printer and get you to answer some questions.
You just purchased the Rostock Max, did it come with Repetier .091 pre-installed on the Rambo board?
You have a couple of problems going on, first of all you have to heat your hotend to 250c before it will extrude? 250c is way too hot, you will melt the peek in your hotend at that temperature. I cannot see how that temperature is in your firmware if the firmware was installed on the card when you received it.

You then indicate that parts are printing too small which is usually caused by an incorrect setting in the Delta_Diagonal_Rod setting in firmware which for a stock Rostock Max is
269mm. Please answer the first question, was .091 Repetier installed by SeemeCNC when you purchased the printer or did you put that firmware on the card.

Hello,
NO, i download the 0.91 Repetier and installed it on the board. On the Rambo that comes with the Kit is Version 0.83 pre installed from SeemeCNC. The Kit was bougt at 13.02.2013 and arrived me last week.

From where did you get the .091 firmware?

John Oly talks about clearing the EEProm before installing the Repetier .091, did you clear the eeprom before installing the new firmware?

Something with the new firmware is causing your problems and I am just trying to determine what it could be.
Let me know if you cleared the eeprom before you installed the firmware.

You also said that your prints are coming out too small and that you couldn't extrude from the hotend unless the the temperature of the hotend was at least 250c
When you printed the parts that were too small what temperature did you use for the hotend?

Thanks and we will get this solved.

FYI, 250C is too hot for the stock hot end - you're going to burn it up if you don't back off on the heat.

That's one of the things that make no sense, he indicates that after the upgrade to .091 that it won't extrude at all until the temperature reaches 250c.
We will get it worked out.

Back again :)
the things that i do last time:
1. flash new firmware on Rambo (the link that you send me)
2. changed the "Z" high on "new" firmware,
3. Check bed leveling-ok

make a new testcube 10x10x10mm and get 8,7x9,0x10,06mm...

btw.... i print ABS 1,75mm black with 240C.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME TO HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

Try clearing the eeprom as is described in the link I sent you. http://forum.seemecnc.com/viewtopic.php?f=54&t=4130
After clearing the eeprom, upload the firmware again and see if your problems go away.

Hello :)
back again from a looong calibrating journey... but i have really good news! the printer works now!!!
what i have done:
1: Clear the EEPROM!!!!
2: Load the Firmware again - seems to work now correct :)
3: construct with solidworks a new calibration tool to check my angles and wides from the middle to the aluminium extrution parts
4: fix all differences - now the angles are perfect and also all other parameters
5: print 1000 calibration cubes to setup the perfect infill and spacing parameters.... ok... i print only 5 pcs... :)

my cube is now 25.0 x 25.02 x 25mm - i think thats ok...
infill (bottom and top) are also looks very nice :)

the bridges setting makes me a little bit problems but i think thats also will be good with a little bit time..

but my main really big "new" problem is to find a setting for making a good support and raft!!!!
but this problem will i post in the "slic3r" section....

next project : Dual Head!!! :)

BIG THANK YOU to all who help me with my problems!!!
