Been watching my cables move around some times pretty dramatic. So I took 2 thin rubber bands and stretched from my hotend cables to the top of the printer. It does a great job of keeping from moving and and the print is over and it homes , keeps the cables off the arms , not that big of a deal but clean.

Kinda hard to notice yellow and blue rubberbands. Also used the pipe cleaner/dust collector method which works great.

Have been printing with justpla.com Flouresant Green Abs , stuff prints really well at 275c.

Yeah was my first thought , but didnt think it would apply the kinda elastic tension I was looking for. I should take a video , just watching the two rubber bands perform and how well the cable remains center with minimun movement is pretty nice.

I notice on your printer that you've got Kapton tape in areas under the glass. Was this just to make sure the glass was lifted the level of the kapton all the way around? Or did you do it in an attempt to level out the Z across the build plate?

Well yes and no , I used kapton tape to secure the glass to the bed , wrapped the clips in kapton to prevent heatsink like behavior and eliminated the amount of clips I used. I did used kapton tape as a shim between the glass and onyx because between X and Z was low spot, I removed the screw nearest to the X extrusion and add the shim and seemed like a good material to use.

And got a little gift from a friend at work(Old school DIgital Micrometer). Needs some minor calibration. But already helping with the finer details.

That picture is just a little outdated , Im using 7 clips wrapped in Kapton as an insulator.
