There was one message from a user who said you had to remove the bottom plate to get it out so what is obvious to you (because of your experience)geneb wrote:I try to avoid the painfully obvious.

is not so obvious to some who do not share your experience level or your acute common sense. Wouldn't hurt to add a line to the manual that mentions
power supply removal.
Re: How to adapt the ATX PSU for Rostock MAX
Eagle, the power supply hovers over a HUGE hole. It's supported in the front by the four nylon mounting screws and in the back by resting on the edge of the hole. If you take out the screws, the thing will likely drop on to the table with a rather noticeable *THUD*.

That does sound rather obvious. If they can't figure that out they probably shouldn't be building kit printers. Thanks, Gene or should we call you Conan?geneb wrote:Eagle, the power supply hovers over a HUGE hole. YARGH!
You know, I bet I could make a killing if I made a set of Philips screwdrivers with "Pointy End Towards Screw" engraved on the shank.

You would have to have it in five different languages.geneb wrote:YARGH!

Plus one line using symbols, for universal appeal, like on coffee cups.Eaglezsoar wrote:You would have to have it in five different languages.geneb wrote:YARGH!
