H1.1 Z Axis bushing Sleeve

The Z axis bushing sleeves don't seem to go far enough into the black plastic pieces that hold them so that when they are screwed against the clear piece they fit snug. There is a small gap. Any suggestions?

Paul, if they are going in too tight, you can sand a bevel slightly on the ends to fit them, just be aure not to take off too much. They need to be snug in the blocks
