I may end up purchasing the E3D directly from the UK as I want to also pick up a 0.35mm nozzle, and it doesn't seem like they're available anywhere else... I'll have to search a bit more first, maybe I'm just not using the right keywords in my search.
I think you will have to deal directly with E3D, no one else has that size nozzle.

are the threads the same (standard) I got a new hot end from seemecnc with a 0.35 nozzle I will be building.
Tim here, from Filastruder. I have a couple 0.35mm nozzles from E3D, just never listed them on the site. Use the contact link on the site to send a message if you want one, and I'll change whichever you ordered to a 0.35.

Threads are M6 male on the nozzle.

Well that was fast... I just received a shipping confirmation / label from Filabot. I was expecting a 7-10 day lead time, so could be that the label was just created very early on, but we'll soon see. In any case, I was able to get free shipping on the order, and Filabot was very accommodating in getting me the black model Max V2, which I requested in the notes of the order. So, I'm happy I went through them.

Edit: Looks like it did in fact ship. Tracking updated and I should receive it by end of day Monday (the 7th)! :D The only problem is that the additional parts I need won't be here by then.

New question... how important is it to have t-handle ball ended hex wrenches for the build? I know I have a bunch of hex wrenches, but they're just your standard L shaped allen wrench, no ball, no handle.

They will work fine.

Thanks, I believe I've ordered all the extras I'll need. The optional connectors / pins were absurdly expensive @ about $26 for a small handful... but that's the price of impatience. ;)
